The floating Balloon. Balloons get a bad rap. Sure they are connected to clowns, but that shouldn’t ruin them forever! Just watch a child’s awe and delight at a colorful floating balloon. It was hard to pick a color, but I picked this deep purple hue. Here it is, the one and only cartoon Balloon in a Gi.
